teams only. A plan to allow limited access for businesses to the Red
Zone on a case by case basis is being developed and will be released as
soon as possible.

The National Secretary of the Public Service Association will be back down in Christchurch tomorrow Monday 7th of March, the organisation supports staff in the Public Service, DHB's, NGO's etc we have 55,000 members I can arrange a very limited access to the red zone or close to enable her to get an understanding?
